Production

Production is our passion. We are specialized in processing different base polymers and

MDB Poland has as core business the manufacturing of INJECTION MOLDED RUBBER components. Our injection molding machines range in clamping force goes from 200 to 900 Tons. We are able to produce parts between 5 gr and 10 000 g. With our 900 to clamping force machine, we have the biggest injection machine of Poland. On top our machinery is brand new and on the latest stand of technology. The oldest machine in our facility is of 2015.

For each application we do have the most appropriate machine to produce your components in the most optimal way. (Horizontal and vertical machines belongs to our equipment protofoliio)

We also have the strength with our sister company EURONYL ASSEMBLING to offer great products, which combine thermoplastics and rubber. This in the way of overmolding or assembling.

By having both companies and belonging to a big group, we improve the economy of scale and have access to a huge source of technology. The synergetic effect on products, markets and technology is a daily experience.

Our quality system based on ISO 9001: 2008 and is extended by our proper practical knowledge and experience and we are thanking our customer base to support us in bringing is daily on a higher level. We have been audited by DAS-audit institution, VDA 6.3-audits or proper customer-audits.
