The company MDB Poland Sp z o.o. exists on the Polish market since 2013. Since 2012, we belongs to the international group EURONYL Plastics Group, which consists of the most professional plastic injection moulding producers in Europe.
MDB Poland is further committed to maintaining a premier strategic position in its existing niche markets within the appliance, heating and well tank industry, as well as to further expanding its initial entry position in markets which require complicated technical rubber components.
MDB Poland will do so by continuously investing in R&D in order to stay on the cutting edge of technology, by providing training and leadership to its employees in order to ensure a safe working environment and by focusing on long term partnerships with both customers and suppliers.
MDB Poland is an integrated corporation, with capabilities in compound research and development (recipe), tooling (production, design, construction, maintenance and repair), component design (CAD design & development support), injection molding and rubber process automation. “Innovation” and offering “Total Solutions” are our tools to lowering our customer’s TCO (Total cost of ownership).
MDB Poland is a fully organized to serve with the highest Quality standards and therefore, we have the correct structure installed with a full local and independent management. Necessary homologations as: ISO 9001:2008 certified and applies the tools as FMEA, PPAP, SPC, … Our company passed already customer audits following ISO 9000, VDA 6.3 and proper customer auditing systems.
MDB Poland is already working with almost 50 people and have a fully new equipped facility. The oldest equipment you will find is dated of 2015. All brand new !! Fulfilling the most severe requirements of energyconsumption, technical features and absolutely very low maintenance cost and efforts. We are covering a range from 200 to as smallest injection machine towards 900 to, which is the biggest injection machine for rubber in Poland. And fully automatized with top of the bill robot and handling unit. In total, we have 18 injection machines (2016) and still extending our park of machines. We are currently further extending our buildings and we will arrive in 2016 at >2 500 m2 andbyendof2017to4000m2.
